1. Get your artwork together. We typically work from your digital files. If you already have your design created, then forward it to us. Call for advice and information in regard to setting up your design, file formats, etc. or visit our information page here. We will return your discs to you (be sure to keep you own back up files, though). Please send a color printout of your art if possible. This helps us identify missing objects or color considerations in you digital file. If you do not have your artwork in digital form, feel
free to forward your photographs or hard copy artwork to us. We welcome you to call and
talk with us about your design ideas. Other simple tips for creating great looking

tips page. 3. Once you receive your proof simply email us your
approval. You can then provide payment or credit card
information for the mousepads and shipping and we will complete your order! All pricing is
FOB our warehouse. Mousepads ship packaged in cartons of a maximum of 167 pieces per box.
UPS ground service to most domestic locations will run approximately $25 - $30 per box of
167 (Alaska, Hawaii and other US possessions are additional). UPS next day, second day,
and three day shipping is also available. |

At Pro Prints we're committed to making sure you're pleased with our mousepads! We want you to know what your getting BEFORE we print the bulk of your order! VERY FEW PRINTERS WILL DO THIS!
Here is how it works: If you have a design that you think would look great on a mousepad, simply forward the design to us and for a startup fee of $40 we'll set-up your image and print an actual mousepad sample for you to see. Your sample will be sent Priority Mail (Please provide us with your Fed Ex # if you would like your sample expressed). Once you have approved your sample then you can provide us with payment for the remainder of your order. This way you know what your getting before your order is printed. Future reprints of the same image are not charged another set-up charge.

A Note About Set-up Charges: Our typical set-up charge is $40. Most all jobs are produced for this charge. This allows approximately 1 labor hour for preparing your design for printing (this is really conservative as many times we may spend 2 to 3 times this amount of time in order to optimize your print ). It is possible, however, that these charges may be more depending on your order. Art design and creation would, of course, be additional as well as additional computer time to correct, modify, or adjust files. Extensive color corrections can involve a great deal of time. More about this here. Also, shipping charges will need to be added to your order.
